Rosita® Ratfish Liver Oil contains a vibrant, naturally-occurring nutrient profile that includes:

Ratfish are distinct from skate fish (rays and sharks, too), with a different nutrient profile. Other fish oils may claim to have alkylglycerols, yet they don't compare to Rosita's nutrient profile and alkylglycerol content. 

Best taken with food, as needed (See "low and slow" note below). 

• Adults: Take 3 softgels daily.
• Children and sensitive individuals: Start with 1 softgel daily (softgels are tiny and child-friendly but kids also enjoy chewing them).
• Low and slow: Rosita® is premium and pure. Therefore, it’s essential to start slowly, with a lower dosage than recommended. For example, a very small dose every other day, or even once a week, until you can determine how the supplement affects your body and what dosage feels right for you. 
• How to take: Our softgels allow you to titrate your dose, depending on your unique needs. Each softgel contains 6 drops of Ratfish Liver Oil liquid.   

To maintain the Rosita® Ratfish Liver Oil softgels in the best possible state for the longest time, keep them in dark storage at room temperature, ideally ranging from 58°F to 78°F (15°C to 25°C).

Short temperature exposure either way has little-to-no impact on the oil. Cold temperatures over prolonged periods can increase the permeability of the gel and so they should not be refrigerated or frozen. 

The shelf life of Rosita® Extra Virgin Ratfish Liver Oil softgels is 3 years from the production date.
