Shipping & Returns

United States: The cost of shipping in the U.S. is a flat fee of $9.95, or it’s free with a $75 purchase. Overnight shipping is also available for $39.95 (continental U.S. only). Overnight shipping orders must be placed Monday through Thursday by 1:00 p.m. Eastern, or they will ship the following day (not including Friday or weekends).

Canada: The cost of shipping to Canada is a flat fee of $14.95. Free shipping or overnight shipping options are not available to Canada. Customers are responsible for taxes and duty fees.

Method and timing: We use a combination of shipping services with tracking to best serve our customers. Our goal is to get your package to you in the most efficient manner. The average shipment should arrive between four and 10 days. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days, feel free to e-mail us at ask@rositausa.com. Please note we cannot guarantee the speed of package delivery, nor can we guarantee the date of delivery. All fulfillment is handled by Apollo Express.  

Shipping in warm weather: Rest assured, your Rosita® fish liver oils are safe during transit in any weather (even extreme heat) as the bottles are nitrogen flushed and capped without oxygen, and therefore, protected. P.O. Boxes: Orders shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight. Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location. 

Taxes: We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to certain United States destinations. The tax amount paid is based on the shipping address and will be presented during the checkout process.

Return and Refund Policy

We are sorry to hear that a product has not met your needs or expectations. Please let us know if you would like advice or suggestions about how best to use the product by contacting Customer Service. If you have used our product, and are unsatisfied, or believe your purchase warrants a refund, we are happy to accept returns for items received within the last 30 days that are unopened. If you would like to return a product, please contact Customer Service at ask@rositausa.com or 1-888-778-3179.

We will provide you with an RA number for the return of your order. We will not accept returns or issue refunds if you have not received an RA number from Customer Service prior to your return.

Once you have obtained your RA number from Customer Service, please return your item(s) to the following address:

Please make sure to include your RA number in the Attention line on your return shipping label, and include your RA number inside of the package containing your items for return to Rosita®. If this is not included, we will be unable to issue you a refund for your items.

Once received we will issue a full refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase. There are no restocking fees. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the product back to us. Please note, depending on your card provider or financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied, which can take 1-3 weeks once received at our Warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once this has been completed. Returns may only be accepted for items received within the last 30 days, and that are unopened.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges due to taste or an incorrect product ordered. Please doublecheck and verify your products in your cart before finalizing your order.

If your order was placed through Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon directly to inquire about their return/refund procedure.
