To maintain the Rosita® softgels in the best possible state for the longest time, keep them in dark storage at room temperature, ideally ranging from 58°F to 78°F (15°C to 25°C).
Short temperature exposure either way has little-to-no impact on the oil. Cold temperatures over prolonged periods can increase the permeability of the gel and so they should not be refrigerated or frozen.

Everyone recommends this or green pastures brand. We have been ordering for years though i'm not sure if it's the best really, its definitely the expensive option which sometimes means good. i don't like how the company does things like the price of products gets you right below the free shipping limit etc. i burp it and it feels kinda acrid sometimes. But i like the pill product because it keeps out of the fridge and my 3 year old has always loved chewing the pills so its a good and fun way to give it to young kids!
