To maintain the Rosita® softgels in the best possible state for the longest time, keep them in dark storage at room temperature, ideally ranging from 58°F to 78°F (15°C to 25°C).
Short temperature exposure either way has little-to-no impact on the oil. Cold temperatures over prolonged periods can increase the permeability of the gel and so they should not be refrigerated or frozen.

Since taking these, I feel less stiffness and tightness in my joints, that's major! I was prompted to start taking after some not great omega #s. I'll retest in 3 months to see how they've improved.

We're so thankful for Rosita's quality products! The cod liver oil, in particular, has been helpful in filling in nutrient gaps that can be hard to get with today's poor soils (specifically absorbable Vitamin A and Omegas) in our diets. I've definitely seen a change in keratosis pilaris since starting these, but a full dose each day is necessary to achieve it. I appreciate that the oil is minimally processed! Thank you, Rosita! :)
