To maintain the Rosita® softgels in the best possible state for the longest time, keep them in dark storage at room temperature, ideally ranging from 58°F to 78°F (15°C to 25°C).
Short temperature exposure either way has little-to-no impact on the oil. Cold temperatures over prolonged periods can increase the permeability of the gel and so they should not be refrigerated or frozen.

This is the best cod liver oil on the market. The fact that it is clean and raw is a big selling point for me.I used to give my children the liquid form and they really didn’t like that at all so we switched to the soft caps and they love it! Even my youngest kids love it. everyone in my family takes this and every time we have a cold going around it absolutely helps shorten the duration of it and boost immunity. I know there are some issues with fish burps, one thing that I have found that really helps is taking this with pure orange juice. The orange juice counteracts in the stomach and you will not get fish burps! Overall I highly recommend!
